Renee-Lang

Naturopathic Doctor, FABNO, MPH, specialization in Oncology

Renee Lang, is licensed as a naturopathic physician in the state of Maine and is board certified in naturopathic oncology (Fellow of the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology- FABNO). She received her naturopathic doctorate from National College of Natural Medicine in 2003 and holds a B.S. in Conservation and Resource Studies from the University of California at Berkeley. In addition, she received her MPH in 2013 from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and obtained additional certification in epidemiology and environmental health.

In addition to providing naturopathic consultations at Wildwood Medicine in Portland, ME, Dr. Lang contracts as a clinical trials consultant. She previously worked as a naturopathic oncology consultant at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) in Philadelphia from 2009 to 2013. While at the hospital, Dr. Lang provided integrative, evidence-based naturopathic care in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. Her knowledge of, and experience with, conventional cancer treatment allows her to safely and effectively recommend natural therapies to reduce side effects, enhance immune function, and improve overall health.

In addition to her integrative oncology experience, Dr. Lang practiced as a primary care physician in Brattleboro, Vermont for over five years. While practicing in Vermont, she provided effective naturopathic care for multiple conditions including menopause and other women’s health concerns, mood disorders, digestive complaints, Lyme disease and other chronic illnesses. Dr. Lang received her Reiki Master training in 2002. Since then, she’s offered Reiki sessions to clients as a complementary therapeutic modality to support optimal health and healing.
