Pam offers private yoga sessions for beginners, for those working on creating strength and steadiness as they age, and for those wanting to deepen or broaden your yoga knowledge and practice. She also offers Restorative yoga and workshops. Her studio, WholeHeart Yoga Center, offers weekly group classes and workshops.


Certified as a 500-hr. yoga instructor through Kripalu Center (, Pam has over 20 years experience in yoga study and teaching. She loves bringing meditation and mindfulness together with yoga practice. Our studio, WholeHeart Yoga Center, celebrated 20 years in 2016!
