“As your health coach, I am your wellness guide and supportive mentor. Together we’ll work to achieve your goals in areas such as weight management, digestive health, food cravings, sleep and energy. Working with me gives you a deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for you. I’ll guide you toward lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.”
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness. I look at all areas of your life, because they are all connected. Stress at your job or in your relationship may cause you to overeat. Lack of sleep or low energy may prevent you from exercising. As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life affect your overall health.
The answers to optimum health do not lie in your medicine cabinet. The food we eat and our lifestyles cause most of our health problems. The right food and lifestyle choices can also heal our health problems. As a breast cancer survivor, I am passionate about teaching others how to take back control of their own health and “let food be thy medicine!”
